Bosnia Adventure

Day 1: Hello Bosnia

  • As your plane lands in the capital Sarajevo, your driver will wait for you at the airport and will whisk you to your hotel.

  • Today you will meet your fellow women travelers and a tour guide will take you for a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2: Sarajevo

  • Your day will begin with a visit to the Sarajevo old town which up to this day maintains the feel and presence of Bosnia's Ottoman past.

  • As you stroll through the streets, you will visit Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque. 

  • After lunch, you will hop on a Cable car to the top of the Trebevic mountains for a picture perfect view of the entire town.

Day 3: Lukomir Village

After breakfast, you will drive to Umoljani. When you arrive, you'll embark on a circular hike to the mountain village of Lukomir, near the Bjelasnica Mountain, home to some incredible hiking trails and myths.

Head back to Sarajevo for a well deserved rest.

Note: today your day will be filled with hiking.

Day 4:  Mostar

After breakfast, you will journey southwards (2.5 hours) towards Mostar.  It’s known for the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a reconstructed medieval arched bridge. The nearby alleys are full of shops and market stalls, and the Old Bridge Museum explores the bridge’s long history. You will visit the local Koski Mehmed Pasha mosque with its stunning views of the valley.

Day 6:  Journey back to Sarajevo

After breakfast, you will embark on a journey north to Sarajevo, visiting local nature spots along the way.

Day 5: Blagaj & Kravica Waterfall

After breakfast, visit Blagaj Tekke – a dervish monastery perched above the Buna River at the base of a towering cliff. Explore the sacred site and museum, wandering through Ottoman architecture and colourful rooms. After lunch visit the beautiful 25 metre wide Kravica Waterfall which will involve a short hike to get to the waterfall.

Day 7: Farewell Bosnia

Today your driver will take you back to the airport to catch your flight.

Travelers must provide evidence that they have purchased travel insurance for the duration of their adventure.

Question: at what time should travelers arrive to Baku Airport on Day 1?

Answer: travelers are expected to arrive after 2pm on Day 1. There are no activities on Day 1.

Question: at what time should travelers begin to check out of hotel on last day?

Answer: travelers should be departing after breakfast as the hotel check out is at 12 midday. There are no activities on the last day.
