Day 1: Hello Azerbaijan
Your journey begins in the capital Baku. You will meet your driver at the Baku International Airport and will be transported to your hotel.
Explore the evening Baku lights together with your tour guide.


Day 2: Baku City Tour
After breakfast, you visit Bibi-Heybat Mosque, known as a spiritual center for Muslims of the Region. After a delicious lunch, you will explore the Baku Old City with its narrow shopping streets and beautiful architecture. Among the must see spots for a great photo are the Shirvanshakh Palace​ together with its Maiden Tower. In the afternoon, pick your favourite Azeri dress and have a professional photoshoot in Baku Old City. Your Tour Guide will take you to your hotel safe and sound so you can take the rest because tomorrow is an action-packed day.
Day 3: Journey West (Gabala)
After breakfast, you will travel to the mountainous region of Gabala to enjoy Azerbaijan's nature, stopping in unique villages along the way. Once in Gabala, explore the Tufandag Mountain Resort. While you explore the area, try your hands on the authentic pottery making lessons. In the evening, check into a local hotel in the town of Sheki.
* The drive from Baku to Gabala is 3.5 hours although you will be taking stops along the way.


Day 4: Exploring Sheki Town
After breakfast, visit the UNESCO nominated Palace of Shaki Khans, followed Sheki Fortress and a number of authentic workshops. Enjoy the traditional cooking lesson of "Uc Baci Dolmasi" dish. In the afternoon, taste the local deserts such as halwa this town is famous for.
*Today's journey will be approximately 1 hour.
Day 5: Crossing the Border
After breakfast, as you cross the border into Georgia, you will travel through the beautiful green valleys of the Kakheti region to Sighnaghi (the city titled "the prettiest city in Kakheti region) to marvel at the magnificence of local churches and 18th century castles. The city is reminiscent of a little Italian village. You will spend the night in Sighnaghi.
* Your travel today will be approx. 5 hours although you will be stopping on the way to visit the sites. There will be walking in between travel.
** At border you will have to walk unaccompanied with your luggage through a buffer zone of approximately 700 m, where on the Georgia side of the border you will be met by your Georgia tour guide.


Day 6: Exploring Sighnaghi
Spend the morning strolling through the narrow streets of Sighnaghi, enter the town's Fortress Gate, marvel at the Church of St George. After lunch, you will head to the Georgian capital Tbilisi for an evening feast in the town. You will spend the night in Tbilisi.

*Today's journey will be approximately 2 hours.
Day 7: Journey North to Gudauri
After breakfast, embark on an adventure to the nothern Kazbegi region to the city of Gudauri (3 hours drive), nestled up in the mountains. Along the way visit the Anauri Fortress, used in the past to defend against foreign invasion. You will be embraced by the nature of Georgia in its full glory in this mountain top location. By the evening, you will return to Tbilisi for an overnight sleep.


Day 8: Tbilisi City Tour
Today you will explore Georgia's capital Tbilisi on a full day city tour across this cute capital.
Day 9: Farewell Georgia
After breakfast, your driver will take you to Tbilisi Airport.

On Day 1, you will arrive to Baku International Airport (Azerbaijan) and on last Day you will depart from Tbilisi Airport (Georgia).

Answer: travelers are expected to arrive after 2pm on Day 1, but if you arrive in the morning, it's ok.

Question: at what time should travelers begin to check out of hotel on last day?
Answer: travelers should be departing after breakfast as the hotel check out is at 12 midday. There are no activities on the last day.
